White Clarke Group puts its accounting system to the acid test!

Auditors, tax advisors and accounting academics have spent a whole month trying to ‘break’ White Clarke’s accounting system and it passed with flying colours. Good news for leasing, asset finance, motor finance and personal finance companies across Europe.

The White Clarke Group accounting system is fully integrated part of their CALMS eManager suite of applications designed specifically for leasing and financial companies.  It offers end-to-end functionality to administer contracts over the whole lifecycle, from quotation to remarketing. The accounting system means that CALMS eManager users really do stay in control of their accounts. The system is in use in six countries across Europe.

During the last month, CALMS eManager has undergone a rigorous audit. Professors in accountancy, auditors and tax advisers were commissioned to check the system for pan-European compliance.

A whole range of test scenarios was carried out in ‘real life’ simulations, such as manual bookings, payment transactions, outstanding item administration, dunning, reporting and balancing. All were fully compliant and the system has been certified as having passed all regulatory requirements.

Gunnar Piroch, Chief Consultant, says:  “The new version of White Clarke’s accounting system is the most flexible solution on the market. With its high level of automation and automatic creation of IFRS balance sheets, this solution meets the needs of small and medium sized companies as well as big corporations. This certificate underlines the high quality and functionality of the White Clarke solution.”

“This is just another example of the lengths we go to in order to ensure our systems are fit for purpose both now and into the future. We go to the same lengths regarding usability, as well as keeping at the forefront of developments in the finance sector and IT industry. The market can expect more announcements in the near future.”
