When Fortis Lease UK wanted to achieve significant improvements in service levels they looked to White Clarke Group for help. The results were dramatic.

   

Glasgow based Fortis Lease UK is part of the Fortis Banking and Insurance Group – one of Europe’s top 20 financial institutions. Since the company was acquired by Fortis in 2003 they have achieved impressive growth, with plans to grow the business significantly.

   

With those aims in mind, Fortis looked at their business processes in one of their growth areas – the retail sector, and concluded that in order to provide a first class service they would need a front-end system to automate some of the time consuming manual processes and eliminate the re-keying of information.
